Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and HR tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and visa regulations is a plus.
