Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HR database.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
