Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Handle general affairs, including office administration and vendor management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and talent development programs.
- Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage general affairs and office operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
