Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source blue-collar workers (e.g., laborers, equipment operators, technicians) for mining and construction projects.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and align hiring plans with project timelines.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including contract preparation, compliance checks, and orientation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing (job boards, referrals, local networks, and partnerships).
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize processes.
- Provide market insights on labor trends, wage benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar staffing, construction, or mining industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-volume candidates in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work permit regulations for foreign workers (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites for onboarding or client meetings.
