Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across various industries.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align on candidate profiles.
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach (emails, InMail, calls) to generate interest in opportunities.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, time-to-fill, pipeline diversity).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes to inform sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a CRM database with accurate candidate information and interaction histories.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring practices and inclusive sourcing techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sourcing performance.
- Time management skills to juggle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
