As an HR Executive, you will support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibility

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
