Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Asia region, aligning with ICHOR Systemsâ business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across multiple countries.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, forecast hiring demands, and implement proactive recruitment solutions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance ICHOR Systemsâ reputation as an employer of choice in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data analytics and technology to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all Asian markets where ICHOR Systems operates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of talent acquisition best practices and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and leadership roles in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific talent market, including cultural nuances and local hiring practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are highly desirable.
