Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Asia region, aligning with ICHOR Systems’ business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across multiple countries.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs, forecast hiring demands, and implement proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance ICHOR Systems’ reputation as an employer of choice in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data analytics and technology to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all Asian markets where ICHOR Systems operates.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of talent acquisition best practices and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and leadership roles in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific talent market, including cultural nuances and local hiring practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are highly desirable.
