Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices, market insights, and strategies for success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate placements, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sales techniques is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
