As the HR leader for the APAC region, you will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across the APAC region.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in multiple APAC countries.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
