Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across the APAC region.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in multiple APAC countries.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
