Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration for employees.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Organize and facilitate HR initiatives, such as training programs and team-building activities.
- Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken); proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
