Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Liaise with government agencies, labor unions, and external partners on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
