Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking to source passive candidates.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
