As a Talent Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that our people strategies support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational success. Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive performance.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and present data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to create career growth pathways and upskilling programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while promoting ethical HR practices.
- Act as a mediator and coach to resolve employee relations issues and promote a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or a similar strategic HR role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is an advantage.
