As a Talent Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that our people strategies support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational success. Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent while championing a workplace culture that thrives on innovation and inclusivity.

Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive performance.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to create career growth pathways and upskilling programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while promoting ethical HR practices.
  • Act as a mediator and coach to resolve employee relations issues and promote a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or a similar strategic HR role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is an advantage.
