As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring we bring in the best candidates to drive our success. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and implement best practices to enhance our employer brand.

Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to ensure cultural and skill fit.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance HOKBEN's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication with all applicants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market trends in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
