Responsibility
- Develop and implement Organizational Development (OD) strategies aligned with Indofood’s plantation business goals.
- Conduct job evaluations and grading to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.
- Design and facilitate talent development programs, including leadership training and succession planning.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational agility and performance.
- Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and recommend structural or process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to integrate OD practices into daily operations.
- Assess and improve employee engagement and retention strategies in the plantation sector.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on OD metrics and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Organizational Development, with preference for plantation/agribusiness exposure.
- Strong expertise in Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, and Compensation Benchmarking.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and OD methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience designing training programs, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and plantation industry regulations is a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or OD are highly advantageous.
