Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics to track hiring performance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
