Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices is a plus.
