Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to best practices in hiring.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, leveraging ATS and CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Spearhead employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships with universities and professional networks.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in talent acquisition, including AI-driven sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling recruitment functions, preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative talent pools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and HR tech stack integration.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a commitment to unbiased hiring practices.
