Responsibility

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct initial phone/video screenings and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications to boost morale and retention.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant data.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is advantageous.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
