Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, track key performance metrics, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employer branding and create a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand our talent network and promote our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia or the broader Southeast Asian region is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
