Responsibility
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidatesâ fit for cultural and technical alignment.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end hiring process, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including contract preparation, payroll support, and record-keeping.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as orientation programs and team-building activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using modern recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or recruitment software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is advantageous.
