Responsibility
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support in employee relations matters.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Conduct HR analytics and prepare reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
