Responsibility

  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support in employee relations matters.
  • Organize and facilitate HR-related events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Conduct HR analytics and prepare reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
