Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations and career development opportunities.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace relations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute initiatives with precision.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
