Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Process and maintain employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and data updates in HRIS systems.
- Assist in the coordination of HR programs, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee wellness and culture-building activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR shared services, generalist, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
