Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for Mandarin-speaking roles.
- Handle HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between Chinese management and local staff, facilitating clear communication.
- Coordinate general affairs tasks, including office administration, vendor management, and logistics support.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration for employees.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policy enforcement.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles (preferably in logistics or multinational companies).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
