Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of placed candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to provide data-driven insights to clients.
- Manage candidate databases and CRM systems to track interactions and ensure a smooth recruitment pipeline.
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, and networking events.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Talentvisâs reputation as a trusted HR partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
