Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards and company goals.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and resolve payroll or benefits-related issues.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and payroll activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
