As part of our dynamic HR team, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, design competitive compensation packages, and manage employee benefits programs. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards and company goals.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and resolve payroll or benefits-related issues.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and payroll activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compensation, benefits, and payroll management.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
