Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure legal compliance and smooth transitions.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify and address potential compliance risks or gaps.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with management to design and deliver training programs on workplace ethics, anti-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data privacy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Advise leadership on legal implications of HR decisions, including terminations, promotions, and organizational restructuring.
- Stay abreast of changes in local and national employment legislation and proactively adjust company policies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on legal compliance, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, including Manpower Law (UU No. 13/2003), social security (BPJS), and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and interpret employment contracts, company regulations, and collective labor agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to detail and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
