Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
