Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
