Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (onboarding, upskilling, leadership, and compliance) aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department managers to create role-specific training modules and ensure consistent application across all outlets.
- Leverage modern learning technologies (LMS, e-learning, workshops) to enhance training accessibility and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis, and adjust programs as needed.
- Mentor and coach trainers and supervisors to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, retail training innovations, and local labor regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and certification programs to boost employee morale and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced service industry.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs with measurable impact on performance.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel across Bali locations as needed to support training initiatives.
