Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting WGT Group’s culture and values to potential hires.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and work visa processes is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
