Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
