Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists) for MSP clients using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand tech roles, ensuring quick turnaround for client requests.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and align candidate profiles.
- Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidate progress, maintain databases, and generate recruitment reports.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on IT salary trends, skill demands, and competitor activity.
- Provide candidate coaching on interview preparation, resume optimization, and career guidance.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets while maintaining high-quality placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an MSP or RPO environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing technical talent (e.g., developers, sysadmins, cybersecurity experts).
- Strong understanding of tech stacks, roles, and industry trends (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.
- Experience using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar ATS).
- Ability to work in a mid-shift schedule and adapt to global client time zones.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
