Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end offer letter generation, including customization, approval workflows, and distribution to candidates.
  • Coordinate and optimize onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from acceptance to day one.
  • Oversee interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, minimizing delays and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other HR platforms.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and candidates to resolve queries and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
