Responsibility
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by pitching recruitment services and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide data-driven insights to clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and extend job offers, ensuring terms are competitive and mutually beneficial.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of clients, candidates, and placements in the company’s CRM system for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (prior recruitment, sales, or business development experience is a plus).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients and candidates effectively.
