Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by pitching recruitment services and closing deals with new and existing clients.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and extend job offers, ensuring terms are competitive and mutually beneficial.
  • Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of clients, candidates, and placements in the company’s CRM system for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (prior recruitment, sales, or business development experience is a plus).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients and candidates effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Highly driven individual with a passion for achieving goals and earning commissions.
