Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and timely experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using ATS, Microsoft Office, and HR software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media recruiting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
