Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Contribute to process improvement projects by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and enhance office productivity.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and support HR policy development.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and operations, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
