Responsibility
- Partner with university leadership to define hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies for academic and administrative roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using data-driven recruitment techniques, ensuring alignment with institutional values and role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track pipelines, generate reports, and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable offers.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus events, and digital recruitment campaigns to expand the talent pool.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and university policies in all hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for mid-to-senior roles.
- Strong familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work permit requirements is a plus.
