Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with Accor’s global standards and local market needs.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, including employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
  • Drive employer branding strategies to attract top talent and position Accor as an employer of choice in Bali’s competitive hospitality market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational growth and cultural transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in change management, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
