Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments to government agencies.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support in HR-related tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali.
