As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary HR contact for global clients, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR processes for assigned EOR (Employer of Record) client accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation tailored to client needs.
- Conduct performance management activities, including reviews, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably with client-facing or EOR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements (Philippines/SEA experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and employees effectively.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
