As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary HR contact for global clients, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This position blends strategic HR management with hands-on operational tasks, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-centric environments.

With a Monday to Friday schedule (9 AM - 6 PM), this role provides stability while allowing you to immerse yourself in Bali’s inspiring culture and professional community. Whether you're based in Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, international team to drive HR excellence.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes for assigned EOR (Employer of Record) client accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including reviews, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably with client-facing or EOR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements (Philippines/SEA experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and employees effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
