Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for clinical and administrative roles.
- Oversee HR administration, including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment for all staff.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations and service delivery.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and professional development planning.
- Handle general affairs tasks, such as procurement, facility management, and event coordination.
- Support business growth by identifying operational efficiencies and contributing to strategic HR planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or general affairs, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet).
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience in vendor and client coordination is a plus.
