Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new hire onboarding and ensure a seamless integration process for employees.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely, professional responses.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
