Responsibility

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure a seamless integration process for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
