Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing products/services and identifying their needs.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented conversations.
  • Handle inbound transfers and follow-ups, ensuring seamless transitions and high satisfaction rates.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets as set by management.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in CRM systems, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve engagement rates.
  • Provide feedback on client pain points and market trends to enhance product offerings.
  • Uphold company values and compliance standards in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service (call center experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and turn prospects into satisfied clients.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
