Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer care and sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as call resolution times, customer feedback, and sales revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service and sales initiatives with company goals.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a customer service or sales leadership role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Open to working in Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate).
