Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide top-tier customer service and sales support.
- Identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information.
- Adhere to compliance and data protection standards in all customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and adapt to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or BPO (call center experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willing to work onsite in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
