Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vivo products and telco plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide in-depth product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vivo's product lineup, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or telecommunications.
