Responsibility
- Provide professional and knowledgeable advice to customers on TCM products, including herbal remedies, teas, and supplements.
- Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their health needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking product levels to ensure availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate customers on the benefits and proper usage of TCM products through clear and engaging communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to promote special offers, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably in health or wellness.
- Basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, products, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with a focus on achieving targets.
