Responsibility
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in Bali’s retail and consumer products sector.
- Client Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement business strategies that drive brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, from planning to performance tracking.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Customer Solution Innovation: Contribute ideas for one-stop solutions that address client pain points and enhance satisfaction.
- Local Market Adaptation: Adapt global strategies to fit Bali’s unique cultural and business environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decision-making.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative on new challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn from peers and mentors.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for Growth: Demonstrated interest in business development, sales, or marketing through internships, projects, or coursework.
- Bali-Based or Willing to Relocate: Preference for candidates already in Bali or open to moving to Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
