Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and handling complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Support sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment in compliance with company standards.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
